Merry Christmas

Chikara Shotokan Karate Academy would like to wish all it’s members and families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

Anyone who is going to the Christmas Party on Friday 9th December 2011 at The Plas Hafod Hotel, Please be there for 19:30 hrs.

    Hi guys,

    Sorry i forgot to ask during Thursday’s training- do the kids need to wear their gi or just normal clothes for Sunday’s Gladiator thingy…:)
