October/November Squad Sessions

For those of you interested in competing or are competing in the up coming competition… Squad training dates are below:

Sundays – 10:45 – 12:15 @ Hawarden High School, The Highway Hawarden

9th, 16th, 30th October

20th November

Cost: £5

This will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have/learn new things/train against different people.

Mitts and gum shields are required for kumite.
